You’ll notice this series is short and to the point…
Nutrition isn’t complicated or complex. This class is based in simple, factual information that when applied will completely transform your relationship with food. There is no magic pill or supplement here and you won’t hear us mention “bad foods” or “bad times to eat”. We don’t actually believe in either of those concepts.
This class is about breaking down and discussing a few essential concepts in layman’s terms so that you understand them and are able to apply them to your life. Like I said…there are no bad foods. Just misinformation and often a lack of understanding or education.
These are the exact same concepts that my friend and co-teacher, Austin and I have applied to ourselves for years. It’s the same information shared with successful Iron Oak members and clients. It’s simple, it’s effective and when consistently used, it works.
